Shipping Methods
To Finland
Orders to Finland are sent by Posti (Finnish Mail). Firearms, their parts and ammunition is only sent by Matkahuolto, as Posti refuses to transport weapons of mass destruction.Shipping cost depends on the size and weight of the parcel and can be seen in your shopping basket before you place your order. If your order includes items that must be sent by Matkahuolto, your other items will be shipped by Matkahuolto as well.
Parcels are shipped as Postal Parcels, Small Parcels or Letters. Postal Parcels ship to your nearest post office. Letters are delivered to your door. Parcels that are not claimed in two weeks are returned to sender.
Outside Finland
Finnish Mail (Posti) Priority services and letters are used for parcels sent outside Finland. The price of the parcel depends on the size and shape and can be seen in your shopping cart before placing your order. Simply add the products to your cart and choose the country you want them shipped to to see the shipping costs.
You will receive a tracking number for your shipment, if you left us your email address on placing the order. Orders shipped as Letters do not have a tracking number.
WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP OUTSIDE THE EU DUE TO DELIVERY PROBLEMS.
Local Pick-up
You can collect your order at our Tähtitorninvuori store, at Fabianinkatu 1. For more information on how to find us, please look here.
Delivery Times
We usually ship the next working day. We try to keep our online store up-to-date, but we're only human, so occasionally an item that was supposed to be in stock, isn't. In these cases we'll contact you asap and see if we can't find another product that would work for you, whether we can ship the missing item to you at a later time, or if you want to drop the item from your order.
Please note, that Posti hasn't had the best track record for deliveries lately. We really can't do anything about this, so there's no way we can ensure that you get your shipment by a certain date.
Returns & Exchanges
Private Customers
Private individuals can return unused items withing 14 days of receiving their order, notwithstanding the delivery day. The item being returned and packaging must be in the same condition as they were on receipt. Return labels must not be stuck directly to the packaging. The best way is to contact us by email at: info@osuvaoutfitters.com. We do not refund any shipping costs, unless we have accidentally sent you the incorrect item!
