HELAXE was established in 2020 as Helsinki’s first urban axe throwing venue. We’re located in the tunnels of an old air-raid shelter under Tähtitorninmäki (Observatory Hill) so there’s plenty of space whether you’d like to come by yourself or arrange a private event for a group. Our professional instructors will ensure that you learn the secrets of axe throwing in a safe, relaxed environment.
The gift card entitles 1-4 people to one throwing place for one hour. In the beginning, safety issues, throwing technique and ax throwing rules are reviewed. After this, there is an opportunity to throw e.g. a basic competition or try other free-choice games and practice guided knife throwing.
Ax throwing and knife throwing are suitable for almost all adventurous adventure tourists. Please note that the age limit for HELAXE is 18 years, so all participants must be of legal age.
You can also buy refreshments and small snacks on site.
